Communication with estate planning attorneys and financial planners is key to ensure that our clients’ wishes are implemented, creating a care plan that supports their end-of-life decisions. We provide oversight and advocacy with the palliative care and hospice team of the client’s choosing.

Joy Care also provides Doula-trained Registered Nurses for exceptional bedside care at an hourly rate. Our bedside nurses are available for travel assignments across the United States.

Many of our RNs specialize in Dementia Care and understand the complex decisions that must be made as a client declines. Each case presents itself differently, and we tailor our care plan based on those diverse needs. Joy Care Management Nurses receive ongoing training on updates in Dementia Care and best practices to share with clients and families.

Our Seasoned Cardiac Nursing team works closely with specialists and the care team to assure quality care. We offer bedside nurses for inpatient and post-operative care for peace of mind when a client needs a same day procedure or complicated surgery. These nurses provide the necessary teaching for clients and families to assure a clear understanding of care plan and client’s goals.

Joy Care Management is available by phone at any time to support life-changing events like a sudden fall, stroke, heart attack, or rapid change in condition where client is no longer safe to be at home. We provide same/next day assessments to help with these unplanned immediate needs. If family is long-distance, we can provide constant communication via zoom/telephone to navigate care solutions in your most vulnerable moments.

Seventy-five percent of Americans have trouble taking their medication as directed, resulting in thousands of deaths and medication-related hospital admissions each year. Joy Care Management has developed a personalized service designed to help clients manage their medication safely, effectively, and as medically prescribed. Our nurses communicate with prescribers and pharmacies to manage all medication prescribed. Nurses can suggest cost effective alternatives for medications and delivery methods. By working with a Joy Care Registered Nurse, clients see a big reduction in ER visits and hospital admissions due to adverse medication events.
